My Approach

Tried and tested techniques that have had experienced managers just like you smiling from ear to ear.

What tackling burnout with me feels like

The idea of coaching can feel a bit weird or scary, especially if you’re usually a private person and tend to keep your thoughts to yourself.

I totally get it because I’ve been where you are. And I am so that person.

That’s why my #1 goal when I start working with you is to make you feel relaxed.

A bit like a supportive, straight-talking friend and cheerleader all in one.

Each session will be really informal (some clients even say they’re fun), helping to bring down those barriers and take a good look at what’s going on for you.

A great way to find out if we’ll get on is to book a free 25-minute discovery call.

The core elements that underpin my coaching

As an introvert, I’m a great listener, and I’ll encourage you to talk openly about your experiences. I’ll then help you organise your thoughts and join the dots so you can see the bigger picture.

My Back to Life coaching programme features 6 in-depth coaching sessions, but in between those you can contact me anytime you need a little extra guidance.

I use a wide range of science-backed tools and techniques, ranging from CBT to visualisation. You can continue to use these tools at home for even greater benefits.

As part of your coaching, we’ll address your limiting beliefs and create a personal roadmap full of practical actions to build your resilience and create permanent change.

Leave your ‘shoulds’ at the door because I’ll never judge you or your choices. I just love to listen with an open mind, offering useful suggestions when appropriate.

Creativity is hard-wired into our brains, but can be the first thing to go when you’re burnt out. I’ll help you tap into your creativity to generate insights and new ways of thinking, feeling and being.

As a result of working with me, you will...

  • Flip your mindset on its head and discover what’s actually important to you
  • Become more confident in your strengths and abilities
  • Be able to better navigate challenges that slow down your burnout recovery
  • Have a clear roadmap to create the future you want
  • Establish positive habits to keep you motivated and focused

So you can live the life you want, find more satisfaction in your work and become calmer and content
